Dewlay Red Leicester is a traditional, creamy, hard cheese made from cow's mild which gets its red colouring from annatto a flavourless natural colouring. Dewlay Red Leicester has a firm body and a close texture with a beautifully nutty flavour. Winner of Supreme Champion cheese at Chipping Show 2011.
